Healthy And Fast Berry Smoothie Recipe When You’re On The Go

Eating healthy after recovery is an important factor and a busy lifestyle doesn’t have to get in the way of making smart and healthy choices. It does, however, take a bit of planning to ensure that you are getting a good balance of nutrients and to make sure that you are not relying unhealthy fast foods and snacks simply because they are quick and convenient.

For a number of people, breakfast can be especially challenging, since the time between getting up and going to school or work tend to go by quickly in many households. No matter how organized people get the night before, all it takes is for something unexpected, no matter how small, and the entire schedule can be completely thrown off.

Skipping Breakfast Not The Best Morning Choice

It may seem like skipping breakfast is something you can take out of the equation in the morning. Stopping to eat takes time, and there are other things you have to do to get ready to get out the door. Eating is one of the things that can slide, at least until break time, or even lunch, if necessary. Or so it would seem.

Skipping breakfast in the morning can lead to overeating later in the day. This choice makes it hard to stay energized and can make a person feel irritable by midday.

Smoothies Solve The Problem Of Eating Breakfast On Busy Mornings

Smoothies are a great choice for breakfast, since they can be prepared quickly and are also portable, so they can be enjoyed on the morning commute. This recipe is flavorful and includes yogurt along with some soy protein that will help you stay energized and help to stave off hunger pangs until lunch.
