Tips For Eating Healthy In Addiction Recovery

Many people don’t realize the toll that substance abuse takes on an addict’s physical health and their relationship with food. It’s quite common for people who are heavily into the cycle of addiction to forego making healthy choices in favor of eating fast food or skipping meals entirely. Addiction recovery nutrition is very important. Not only does it help to make clients at The Dunes feel better physically, but it also reminds them that there is pleasure from the experience of enjoying good, nutritious food.
