“Thanks for giving me my life back. I’m so happy!”

Our virtual outpatient program offers flexible, accessible support for individuals seeking recovery from substance use while continuing to manage work, school, or family responsibilities. Whether you’re stepping down from residential treatment or beginning your recovery journey, our program combines evidence-based therapy, personalized treatment planning, and holistic healing practices — all from the comfort of home.
Our licensed clinicians and compassionate care team are here to guide you every step of the way. For those who live locally, we also offer in-person therapy sessions and medication management.
Maintain your commitments while healing at your own pace.
At The Dunes, we provide the same high standard of care in both our inpatient and outpatient programs. Our experienced team uses proven treatment protocols in a confidential, supportive environment that protects your privacy while delivering excellent care.
Through our outpatient program, clients learn to build healthier relationships, gain insight into their behaviors and patterns, develop emotional regulation skills, create a strong support network, and practice effective relapse prevention tools — all while establishing a sustainable sober routine.
Because connection is such an important part of recovery, our groups are intentionally small, with a maximum of eight clients. This ensures everyone has the opportunity to share openly and feel truly supported in an intimate, safe setting.
At The Dunes, we offer a wide range of outpatient treatment options so that each client’s program can be thoughtfully tailored to their individual needs. Following an initial evaluation, clients may be recommended for any combination of the following services:
We recognize that substance use disorders often occur alongside mental health challenges. That’s why we offer dual diagnosis treatment in both our outpatient and residential programs, addressing both conditions together for more effective and lasting recovery.
Some of the most common co-occurring mental health conditions we treat include:
The more intensive version of our outpatient program also supports clients struggling with behavioral addictions, such as gambling or compulsive shopping. We believe that these issues are often interconnected, and true healing comes from treating the whole person—not just one condition in isolation.
