Marisa Salamone is the Director of Admissions at The Dunes East Hampton, a renowned rehabilitation center in The Hamptons , New York. With a strong background in addiction recovery, Marisa brings compassion, personal experience, and a wealth of knowledge to her role.

Originally from New York, Marisa pursued her education at Pace University and later transferred to Marymount Manhattan College. However, her journey took an unexpected turn as she battled with addiction for nearly two decades. Despite facing numerous relapses, Marisa’s life changed when she found solace and support at The Dunes. It was within the nurturing environment of The Dunes that Marisa discovered the healing and tools she needed to embark on the path of recovery.

Driven by her own personal journey, Marisa is passionate about helping addicts and alcoholics find their own path to recovery. As the Director of Admissions, she takes a personal interest in every individual who comes to The Dunes. Marisa ensures that they have as little anxiety and fear as possible by making herself available to them, providing support and guidance even before they arrive at the Dunes. She is often the first face they see, welcoming them with warmth and understanding.

With her deep understanding of addiction and recovery, coupled with her dedication to helping others, Marisa plays a crucial role in connecting individuals with the life-changing programs offered at The Dunes East Hampton. Her personal journey and commitment to making a difference make her an invaluable asset to the team.
