“Thanks for giving me my life back. I’m so happy!”

With years of experience as a nurse and specialized training in medication-assisted treatment for substance use disorders, I am also a committed member of the sober community. My own journey through recovery has given me a compassionate understanding of addiction’s impact and the ways it can threaten lives. I am dedicated to meeting each client where they are, rather than relying solely on intake forms or the opinions of family and friends. My approach centers on listening to each client’s needs, desires, and personal goals. As the supervisor of the nursing team, I work closely with our medical doctor, the client’s physician, nurses, and clinicians to develop tailored medication plans that help clients transition from addiction to the sober, fulfilling lives they envision.
We provide comfortable tapering protocols to help clients safely withdraw from alcohol or other addictive substances that contribute to self-destructive behaviors. Medication regimens are continuously reviewed and adjusted as needed. After clients complete the inpatient program, our support continues as they embrace their new lifestyle. They leave The Dunes equipped with the confidence and tools needed to break free from the cycle of addiction and build a healthier future.
