Don Kearns

Don Kearns serves as an Admissions and Business Development Manager at the Dunes, bringing a diverse professional background and a deep commitment to service. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from Stony Brook Southampton College and began his career as an institutional bond trader with Chapdelaine & Co. and Cantor Fitzgerald Securities. Following a robust Wall Street career, he transitioned into C Suite and executive recruitment consultant in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries with KGI International, partnering with organizations such as Johnson and Johnson, Merck, and Novartis Pharmaceuticals. With over three decades of involvement in the recovery community, he is passionate about mentorship and helping others navigate meaningful change. Outside of work, Don enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters and is an avid golfer, writer, traveler, and enthusiast of great books.
